3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or hold a membership with INNER HYPE.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

INNER HYPE offers:

products (premium canned spring water)

Group coaching sessions and optional 1:1 services

Our products are not

Individual experiences may vary depending on personal circumstances, health, and lifestyle.

5. Subscriptions & Memberships

When you purchase a membership:

You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time via your account

Cancellation will stop future payments but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access to digital services, community spaces, and coaching ends when your membership ends.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are delivered monthly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary. INNER HYPE is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, supply chain issues).

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of consumable products:

Opened cans are not eligible for return
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Digital content and community access are non-refundable once accessed.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Services
Harass, abuse, or harm other members
Share private community content outside the INNER HYPE platform
Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, text, images, videos, frameworks, and materials provided by INNER HYPE are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
