Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.

 

How Delivery Works

INNER HYPE operates on a monthly subscription model.

  • Your first order is processed after checkout
  • Ongoing orders are dispatched monthly as part of your active membership
  • Deliveries are fulfilled from within the UK

Your billing date determines when your first order is prepared and sent, but all orders following this will be dispatched for the first day of each month.

 

Courier

All INNER HYPE orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times: 

  • UK Mainland: 2–4 working days for your first order.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

All subscription orders following your first order will be dispatched for deliver on the first of the following month.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your membership:

  • Crack It Membership: £4.99 per delivery
  • Live It Membership: Free shipping included
  • Believe It Membership: No physical delivery included

All applicable costs are shown clearly at checkout.

 

Changing Your Delivery Details

You can update your delivery address via your account dashboard.

Please ensure any changes are made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

 

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond the expected timeframe
  • Arrives damaged
  • Appears to be missing 

Please start by checking your delivery confirmation email and any tracking details provided by Royal Mail.

 If you’re still unable to resolve it, contact us at contact@innerhype.com and we’ll help look into it with you.

Force Majeure

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, we’re not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or courier disruptions.
