Physical Products (Canned Water)
Due to the nature of consumable products:
- Opened cans are not eligible
for return or refund - Returns are only accepted if
products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Subscription Cancellations
INNER HYPE
memberships run on a monthly subscription basis.
You may:
- Cancel your membership at any
time - Upgrade or downgrade your
membership at any time
To avoid being
charged for the following month, cancellations must be made before your next
billing date.
Once cancelled:
- Future payments and
deliveries will stop - Access to the INNER HYPE
community, Formula, sessions, and digital content will end at the close of
the current billing period
We don’t lock you in
- you’re always in control.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are
non-refundable once a billing period has begun - Digital content and community
access are non-refundable once accessed - Approved refunds (where
applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within
[INSERT TIMEFRAME, e.g. 5–10 working days]
Digital Content & Services
All digital content,
including:
- The INNER HYPE Formula
- Community access
- Live or recorded sessions
is provided for
personal use only and is non-transferable.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery fails
due to:
- Incorrect address details
provided at checkout - Failure to collect from a
depot
We may need to
charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
