Physical Products (Canned Water)

Due to the nature of consumable products:

  • Opened cans are not eligible
    for return or refund
  • Returns are only accepted if
    products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Subscription Cancellations

INNER HYPE
memberships run on a monthly subscription basis.

You may:

 

  • Cancel your membership at any
    time
  • Upgrade or downgrade your
    membership at any time

 

To avoid being
charged for the following month, cancellations must be made before your next
billing date.

Once cancelled:

 

  • Future payments and
    deliveries will stop
  • Access to the INNER HYPE
    community, Formula, sessions, and digital content will end at the close of
    the current billing period

 

We don’t lock you in
- you’re always in control.

 

Refunds

  • Subscription fees are
    non-refundable once a billing period has begun
  • Digital content and community
    access are non-refundable once accessed
  • Approved refunds (where
    applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within
    [INSERT TIMEFRAME, e.g. 5–10 working days]

 

Digital Content & Services

All digital content,
including:

 

  • The INNER HYPE Formula
  • Community access
  • Live or recorded sessions

 

is provided for
personal use only and is non-transferable.

 

 

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery fails
due to:

 

  • Incorrect address details
    provided at checkout
  • Failure to collect from a
    depot

 

We may need to
charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
